Bethalto, IL – Constitution Bank has announced plans to open a branch in Bethalto, expanding its presence in Madison County and continuing its investment in the Metro East region. The new location, at 705 Texas Boulevard, is expected to open in fall 2026 and will mark the bank’s 14th branch overall.
The Bethalto branch will offer a full range of personal and business banking services and will be part of a broader revitalization of the Texas Boulevard property. Constitution Bank is transforming a largely vacant building into a refreshed, multi-tenant space. The project will retain longtime tenant El Mezcal Mexican Restaurant while introducing the new bank branch and creating an additional tenant space for future occupancy. Plans for the site include a new roof, updated façade, and convenient drive-up banking lanes.
