Gillespie brings more than a decade of experience in banking and lending, beginning her career in 2010. Most recently serving as a Loan Administrator, she has worked closely with customers across a range of lending needs and is eager to expand her expertise in residential lending.
“I was drawn to lending because of the opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives,” said Gillespie. “Whether it’s helping someone purchase their first home, refinance during a challenging time, or reach a personal goal, it’s rewarding to be part of those important moments.”
Known for her relationship-focused approach, Gillespie is committed to making the lending process clear and approachable. She prioritizes listening to each customer’s goals, providing straightforward guidance, and maintaining consistent communication from application to closing.
Originally from Brownstown, Illinois, Gillespie continues to call the area home. She values the strong sense of community and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the people she serves. Outside of work, she and her husband of 18 years stay busy raising their four sons, who are active in school and travel baseball. Much of their free time is spent at the ballfield supporting their teams.
