Glen Carbon, IL – Constitution Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Jacobs as Branch Manager of its Glen Carbon location, further strengthening its connection to the Glen Carbon community through local relationships and personal service.
Jacobs brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to the role, with a career that has
grown from frontline customer service into branch leadership, training, and management. His experience, combined with a strong focus on relationships, makes him a natural fit for Constitution Bank’s community-first approach.
“I’ve always been drawn to banking because of the opportunity to help people make confident financial decisions that truly impact their lives,” said Jacobs. “What excites me most about joining Constitution Bank is being part of a team where relationships really matter and where you can make a difference every day.”

A long-time Metro East resident, Jacobs values the opportunity to serve the same community he calls home. He remains actively involved locally through chamber connections and his church, Heights Community Church, where he participates in the worship ministry, Vacation Bible School, and community food drives.
Outside of the bank, Jacobs and his wife of more than 20 years stay busy raising their four children and supporting their activities. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
