Edwardsville, IL – Constitution Bank is pleased to announce that Paul Millard has joined the bank as Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in banking and lending to the team.
A Granite City native and longtime Edwardsville resident, Millard has built a well-respected career serving businesses across the St. Louis Metro East region. Known for his deep understanding of credit and ability to think strategically, he has developed a reputation for finding creative,
well-structured lending solutions that help businesses grow and thrive.

Outside of banking, Millard and his wife of over 30 years enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, golfing, and gardening. They have two daughters, ages 24 and 20.
